CUSTOMER FAQS FOR LIQUIDATION MERCHANDISE   

DOES MODEL HOME FURNITURE ACCEPT CREDIT CARDS, CHECKS, DEBITS?
Yes, Model Home Furniture accepts credit cards, cash, debits. Should you pay with cash only, and do not have the full amount after totaling your purchase, we require a non-refundable cash deposit to hold your merchandise until you return with a full payment.

IF I PAY IN CASH, HOW WILL I KNOW HOW MUCH CASH TO BRING?
It is hard to determine how much money to bring since the price tags won't be on all of the items. However, we do not expect you to have the exact amount of money, as you won't know what you will spend. This is why we will accept a deposit. The deposit is usually a small percentage of what your total is. Once we receive your deposit, you must return with payment in full by the end of the same business day.

WHEN DOES THE MERCHANDISE NEED TO BE PICKED UP?
We ask that you pick up your merchandise as soon as possible. If you can't pick up your merchandise at time of purchase, we may be able to store it for you until the next business day. Space for storage will be granted on a first come-first serve basis.

WILL THERE BE SOMEONE THERE TO HELP ME MOVE THE FURNITURE?
Although we do have delivery personnel available on site, it may not always be possible to help carry and load merchandise into your vehicle. Therefore, it is important that you understand and organize your own pick up. Some items are large and heavy and may require two or three men. Remember to notify the site manager at the time of purchase if you will be taking the item with you at the time of payment. Otherwise, you will need to make sure your item is marked with a SOLD sign and it is up to you to get someone to lift and move your furniture.

CAN I RETURN ITEMS?
ALL SALES ARE FINAL. We liquidate merchandise from home builders and all items are sold as is. It is best to carry paint, carpet, tile samples and measurements with you to be certain of match and that your piece will fit in the space needed. It is also very important that you inspect the item(s) before you purchase for damage and or weathering.

WHAT IS THE PROCEDURE OF THE SALE?
We hold liquidations usually in a building adjacent to our showroom. During the course of the lease you may come in and browse items and when you are ready for check out, a floor manager will assist you with the purchase.

DO YOU SELL THE DRAPERIES, LIGHTING AND/OR FIXTURES, WALL ART, REFRIGERATORS, WASHER OR DRYER OR ANY OTHER HOME ITEMS?
Liquidations generally include draperies, room accents, wall art or furniture ensembles. Occasionally we may have lamps and bedding. This depends on the home builders.

WHAT KIND OF BARGAINS CAN I EXPECT?
Our items are priced well below retail and at times below cost. Artwork and custom made bedding are exceptional deals.
